Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt of purchase. A return authorization number is required and can be obtained when requesting a return via e-mail (returns@christinalynn.com) or calling our store during regular store hours (425) 990-0023. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We accept unused merchandise for exchange or credit card refund only. Sale items are not returnable. Damaged or manufacturers defective merchandise are subject to inspection. Any return is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The return and exchange policy above is for online purchases only, and not applicable to in-store purchases.

Shipping and handling

We will ship your merchandise UPS- Ground service unless otherwise indicated. Please be sure to include a street address. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Please allow 2 days for your order to be processed and 5 to 10 business days for shipping depending on your location.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8.8% will be applied to all Washington State orders.
